Wow – what a year it has been. A year ago, we started our transformation to prepare our services for the next few years of growth. This has included re-grouping the helpdesk, a new leadership team, introduction of the Concierge role, strengthened our back-office processes, implemented our new support management system and pushed ahead with marketing activities for bizanywhere.
2017 has started and I can’t believe it’s March already. We’ve brought in two new trainee technicians (who are settling in well), taken over the Eiicon client base and seen strong performance with our bizanywhere user growth.
13 years ago, the journey started from the bottom of my bed. You may recall our recreation of this in a PC Repair campaign for our 8th birthday where we literally fit the team onto a bed for a photo shoot – we’ve had some crazy ideas!
I’m proud of the work the team deliver. We’re in a challenging industry where we are generally always dealing with problems, we don’t often receive calls to say things are working. Even if we wish we did! The team we’ve built ensures at all levels that they put the customer first and they always try to turn everything into a positive, happy feeling for the user.
