Admin Assistant

pcr are looking to recruit someone with a keen eye for detail and consistent working style to join our Business Support team. As a leading ambitious IT services company, it’s important that the underpinning of our company (our internal support) is just as innovative and forward thinking as our service delivery. The role will be led by the Business Support Team Leader, who ultimately is responsible for all things back office (finances, customer billing queries, supplier payments, payroll and office management).

You should have a good grasp of English and be comfortable speaking and emailing with clients and suppliers. Previous experience in similar roles is useful, but not essential. The role is very desk/computer based so good knowledge on using Windows and Microsoft Office software is key. If you’re someone that prides themselves on being organised, then this is the role for you.

The role will evolve through time but expect to be trained on supplier invoice processing, investigating customer billing queries, office management and some PA work to the various team leaders (such as booking travel and dealing with expenses).

This ideally is a full time role and the company mostly functions during regular office hours however we are happy to negotiate around commitments for the right person to join our growing team.
